       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Rouson) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 13
    4  and insert:
    5         (1) Upon conviction of:
    6         (a) A felony not described in paragraph (b), the civil
    7  rights of the person convicted may not be suspended.
    8         (b) A life or capital felony as or a
    9  
   10  ================= T I T L E  A M E N D M E N T ================
   11  And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete line 3
   13  and insert:
   14         amending s. 944.292, F.S.; prohibiting the suspension
   15         of civil rights of a person convicted of certain
   16         felonies; revising provisions related
