    4  and insert:
    5  relating to the illegal sale, purchase, collection, harvest,
    6  capture, or possession of

    9  And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete lines 5 - 7
   11  and insert:
   12         relating to wild animal life, freshwater aquatic life,
   13         or marine life; providing an
