       The Committee on Commerce and Tourism (Gruters) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 26 - 29
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 2. The amendment made by this act to s. 220.196,
    6  Florida Statutes, first applies to the 2019 allocation of tax
    7  credits for expenses incurred in calendar year 2018.
    8         Section 3. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
