       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 130 and 131
    4  insert:
    5  Section 5. For the 2016-2017 fiscal year, the sum of $222,564 in
    6  recurring funds is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to
    7  the Division of Drugs, Devices, and Cosmetics in the Department
    8  of Business and Professional Regulation for the purpose of
    9  implementing this act, and the appropriation from the
   10  Professional Regulation Trust Fund to the division shall be
   11  reduced by $222,564.
