ADDING MOUNTAIN BIKE AND EQUESTRIAN GROUPS TO THE CITIZENS ADVISORY COUNCIL TO WHITE CLAY CREEK STATE PARK. |
WHEREAS, Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 19 adopted in the 146th General Assembly established a Citizens Advisory Council for White Clay Creek State Park, and
WHEREAS, mountain bike and equestrian groups are active users of White Clay Creek State Park;
NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the 146th General Assembly of the State of Delaware, the House concurring therein, that the Council shall also include one voting member from the organizations listed below:
Delaware Trail Spinners Mountain Bike Group
An Equestrian Group.
