SENATE BILL NO. 167 |

AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 9 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO EXEMPTIONS FROM TAXATION FOR CERTAIN ORGANIZATIONS. |
Section 1.Amend §8106(a) of Title 9 of the Delaware Code by adding the following after "House of Pride, Inc." where it appears in §8106(a):
"Habitat
for Humanity of
Sussex County Habitat for Humanity."
SYNOPSIS

This Act exempts from taxation by local government real property owned by Sussex County Habitat for Humanity, Central Delaware Habitat for Humanity and Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County, as long as such property is not held for purposes of investment. |
