HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 19
EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CRISIS CARE TASK FORCE.
WHEREAS, the Behavioral Health Crisis Care Task Force (“Task Force”) was established under House Resolution No. 17 of the 151st General Assembly to study and make findings and recommendations regarding Delaware’s behavioral health crisis care system; and
WHEREAS, the Task Force was directed to issue a final report to members of the General Assembly and the Governor by February 4, 2022; and
WHEREAS, the Task Force has met regularly, beginning in August 2021, and while it has worked diligently on its study, it is not yet prepared to submit its report; and
WHEREAS, in order to conclude the Task Force’s work thoroughly and sufficiently, the Task Force’s final report deadline must be must be extended.
BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the 151st General Assembly of the State of Delaware, that the final report of the Behavioral Health Crisis Care Task Force is extended to June 30, 2022.
