Summary

This bill updates the Delaware Code relating to the Delaware Board of Home Inspectors by eliminating the qualification for licensure of obtaining and maintaining errors and omissions insurance. Maintenance of insurance is not a factor that indicates an individual is properly trained and qualified to perform home inspections; thus this bill will enable more applicants to become qualified for licensure based upon training, education and experience.
