Summary

Existing programs and services underserve runaway and homeless youth. This bill creates a specific assessment and reporting requirement for the Delaware Interagency Council on Homelessness, in conjunction with the Department of Services for Children, Youth & their Families to identify and define youth who are runaway or homeless, and to provide a comprehensive analysis of the resources and that may already exist, or that may be needed to serve the runaway and homeless youth population.
