Summary

This bill makes the Delaware law consistent by giving Sussex County government the ability to properly administer the Board of Assessment appeals process. As the law currently governs, Sussex County is required to have the Board meet for 15 days in March regardless if there is an actual appeal request. This bill eliminates that requirement.
