Summary

As introduced it authorizes the dispensation of medical marijuana and use by qualifying patients over the age of 21 at safe-use facilities. It allows patients to purchase medical marijuana on a provisional basis upon submitting an application for a Medical marijuana identification card. Among other things it eliminates the limit on the number of marijuana plants that cultivation centers are permitted to grow and allows for its delivery to qualified patients.
