Summary

As introduced it provides exemptions to corner store retail establishments located in ANC 1B regarding the prohibition of a retail license in a residential use district if the applicant's establishment meets certain restrictions on off-site consumption and if total alcohol sales do not surpass more than a certain percentage of total volume of annual gross sales. The opinion of the ANC must also be given consideration.
