RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE REAPPOINTMENT OF RICHARD J. BARLOW OF CANTON AS MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MATERIALS INNOVATION AND RECYCLING AUTHORITY.

Resolved by this Assembly:

That the reappointment by the Senate Republican President Pro tempore, Leonard A. Fasano, of Richard J. Barlow of Canton to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Materials Innovation and Recycling Authority, as a member who has extensive high-level experience in public or corporate finance or business or industry, to serve a term ending June 30, 2020, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed said member for said term.
