RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF MITCHELL M. FUCHS OF FAIRFIELD TO BE REAPPOINTED A MEMBER OF THE CONNECTICUT COMMUTER RAIL COUNCIL.

Resolved by this Assembly:

That the nomination by Leonard A. Fasano, the Senate Republican President Pro Tempore, of Mitchell M. Fuchs of Fairfield to be reappointed a member of the Connecticut Commuter Rail Council, to serve a term ending July 31, 2021, is approved and confirmed, and he is reappointed said member for said term.
