AN ACT CONCERNING MILL RATES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to permit municipalities to impose different mill rates on different classes of property, including residential real property, commercial real property, commercial personal property and automobiles.

Statement of Purpose:

To permit municipalities to impose different mill rates on different classes of property.
