AN ACT CONCERNING SUPPORTIVE HOUSING FOR PERSONS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 319c of the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Developmental Services, within available state and federal resources, to establish a pilot supportive housing project for persons with intellectual disabilities.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a pilot supportive housing project for persons with intellectual disabilities.
