AN ACT CONCERNING PRESENTATION OF PHOTO IDENTIFICATION IN ORDER TO VOTE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to require that all voters present a valid piece of photographic identification in order to vote.

Statement of Purpose:

To require valid photo identification in order to vote.
