AN ACT CONCERNING EARNED RISK REDUCTION CREDIT FOR VIOLENT OFFENSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 18-98e of the general statutes be amended to prohibit any person convicted of a violent crime from earning risk reduction credit toward a reduction in the sentence for such crime.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit any person convicted of a violent crime from earning risk reduction credit toward a reduction in the sentence for such crime.
