AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CONNECTICUT FARM WINE AT FARMERS' MARKETS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 30 of the general statutes be amended to permit the sale of Connecticut farm wine at farmers' markets.

Statement of Purpose:

To permit the sale of Connecticut farm wine at farmers' markets.
