AN ACT REPEALING THE PAID SICK LEAVE LAW.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to repeal public act 11-52.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide financial relief to business owners by eliminating the statutory requirement that such employers compensate their employees for sick leave.
