AN ACT PROHIBITING THE SALE OF CAFFEINATED ENERGY DRINKS TO PERSONS UNDER SIXTEEN YEARS OF AGE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the sale of caffeinated energy drinks to persons under sixteen years of age.

Statement of Purpose:

To prohibit the sale of caffeinated energy drinks to persons under sixteen years of age.
