AN ACT CONCERNING REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF RELEASE OF INMATES WITH EARNED RISK REDUCTION CREDITS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 325 of the general statutes be amended to require a warden of a correctional facility to review and approve the release of any inmate released pursuant to the earned risk reduction credit program.

Statement of Purpose:

To create accountability in the early release of felons.
