AN ACT CONCERNING CRITERIA FOR CERTAIN WASTEWATER FACILITY OPERATOR LICENSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that a certain number of years of higher education may be substituted for hands-on experience at a wastewater facility in order to obtain a class four chief operator license.
Statement of Purpose:
To retain college graduates in the field of wastewater facility management.
