AN ACT REQUIRING INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR COMPRESSION GARMENTS FOR THE TREATMENT OF LYMPHEDEMA.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to require health insurance coverage for compression garments for the treatment of lymphedema.

Statement of Purpose:

To require health insurance coverage for compression garments for the treatment of lymphedema.
