AN ACT CONCERNING THE EXPANSION OF PASSENGER RAIL SERVICE ON THE WATERBURY BRANCH OF THE METRO NORTH RAILROAD.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to expand passenger rail service on the Waterbury branch of the Metro North Railroad.

Statement of Purpose:

To reduce automobile traffic congestion in Fairfield Country and reduce carbon emissions by expanding passenger rail service on the Waterbury branch.
