AN ACT CONCERNING THE RIGHTS OF STRUCTURES AND DREDGING APPLICANTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 22a-361 of the general statutes be amended to provide structures and dredging applicants with the right to a hearing on their application, upon request, and the right to appeal the final decision of the agency to the Superior Court.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide structures and dredging applicants with the right to a hearing and an appeal.
