AN ACT CONCERNING CONTRIBUTIONS TO STATE CENTRAL COMMITTEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 9-612 of the general statutes is amended to provide that no individual shall make a contribution or contributions in any one calendar year in excess of five thousand dollars to the state central committee of any party.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce by half the maximum amount of contributions by individuals to state central committees.
