AN ACT CONCERNING STATE AGENCY RESPONSE TO REQUESTS FOR A PERMIT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require each state agency to respond to an initial request for a permit for a business or individual not later than sixty days after receipt of the request.

Statement of Purpose:

To make state agencies more responsive to businesses and individuals.
