AN ACT REQUIRING LEGISLATIVE APPROVAL OF STATE EMPLOYEE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a vote by each chamber of the General Assembly on all collective bargaining agreements for state employees under chapter 68 of the general statutes prior to such agreements going into effect.
Statement of Purpose:
To require legislative approval of all state employee collective bargaining contracts.
