AN ACT PROHIBITING THE DISCLOSURE OF STUDENT INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 170 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit a local or regional board of education from disclosing student information or data with a third party.
