AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TAKING OF MUSHROOMS AT STATE PARKS AND ON OTHER STATE PROPERTY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to authorize the taking of mushrooms at state parks and on other state property.

Statement of Purpose:

To allow mushroom picking on state lands.
