AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROHIBITION OF CAPTIVE AUDIENCE MEETINGS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to prohibit employers from coercing an employee to attend meetings on politics, religion or labor organizing.

Statement of Purpose:

To prevent captive audience meetings.
