AN ACT CREATING TAX CREDITS FOR EMPLOYERS WHO HIRE DISABLED PERSONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to establish a credit against the tax imposed on any employer, corporation or organization which employs disabled persons.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide tax incentives for employers to hire disabled persons.
