AN ACT EXPANDING VETERANS BENEFITS ELIGIBILITY FOR CERTAIN VETERANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide veterans benefits to veterans with (1) a general discharge from service, and (2) a diagnosis of post-traumatic stress disorder, traumatic brain injury or military sexual trauma.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand veterans benefits eligibility for veterans who have received a general discharge and who have been diagnosed with certain conditions.
