AN ACT CONCERNING THE REPEAL OF THE FILM TAX CREDIT PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 12-217jj, 12-217kk and 12-217ll of the general statutes be repealed.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the film tax credit program to help solve the budget crisis.
