AN ACT REDIRECTING AUTHORIZED BONDS OF THE STATE FROM THE BUSWAY TO REPAIRING THE STATE'S ROADS AND BRIDGES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to redirect bond of the state authorized for the Hartford to New Britain busway to the Department of Transportation for the purpose of repairing state roads and bridges.

Statement of Purpose:

To use the Hartford to New Britain busway bond funds for repairs to existing state roads and bridges.
