AN ACT REPEALING THE ESTATE TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to repeal the estate tax.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the estate tax in order to retain and attract residents and small businesses and provide a more steady and sustained source of revenue to the state.
