AN ACT CONCERNING DISPENSATION AND INSURANCE COVERAGE OF A PRESCRIBED DRUG DURING REVIEW OF AN ADVERSE DETERMINATION OR A FINAL ADVERSE DETERMINATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to require dispensation and coverage of a prescribed drug for an insured for the duration of any grievance or review filed or requested by such insured of an adverse determination or a final adverse determination.
Statement of Purpose:
To require dispensation and coverage of a prescribed drug for an insured for the duration of any grievance or review filed or requested by such insured of an adverse determination or a final adverse determination.
