AN ACT CONCERNING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE OF ORALLY AND INTRAVENOUSLY ADMINISTERED MEDICATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to require health insurance coverage of orally administered medications on a basis no less favorable than intravenously administered medications.
Statement of Purpose:
To create equity between orally administered and intravenously administered medications.
