RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE DISPOSITION OF CERTAIN CLAIMS AGAINST THE STATE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 53 OF THE GENERAL STATUTES.

Resolved by this Assembly:

Section 1. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 23782 of said commissioner, ordering the denial of the claim against the state in excess of twenty thousand dollars of Denny Cabral, is confirmed.

Sec. 2. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 22617 of said commissioner, ordering the denial of the claim against the state in excess of twenty thousand dollars of Ozzie Gooding, is confirmed.

Sec. 3. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 24002 of said commissioner, ordering the denial of the claim against the state in excess of twenty thousand dollars of Dean B. Holliday, Sr., is confirmed.

Sec. 4. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 22965 of said commissioner, ordering the denial of the claim against the state in excess of twenty thousand dollars of Zenon Kolakowski, is confirmed.

Sec. 5. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 23838 of said commissioner, ordering the dismissal of the claim against the state in excess of twenty thousand dollars of Linda Kulmann, is confirmed.

Sec. 6. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 24076 of said commissioner, ordering the dismissal of the claim against the state in excess of twenty thousand dollars of Justice M. Law AKA Justice C. Luciano, is confirmed.

Sec. 7. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 24612 of said commissioner, ordering the dismissal of the claim against the state in excess of twenty thousand dollars of Vivek Reddy, is confirmed.
