AN ACT REQUIRING AN ADDITIONAL REVIEW OF STATE AGENCY REGULATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 4-189i of the general statutes be amended to (1) require each state agency to conduct a review of such agency's regulations, within available appropriations, and (2) authorize each state agency to repeal three regulations that the agency has identified as burdensome to businesses.
Statement of Purpose:
To require state agencies to conduct a review of their regulations and identify three regulations for repeal.
