AN ACT CONCERNING THE CREDENTIALING PROCESS OF HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS BY HEALTH INSURERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require health insurers to credential health care providers not later than thirty days after the credentialing process has begun.
Statement of Purpose:
To require health insurers to credential health care providers not later than thirty days after the credentialing process has begun.
