Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 53a-189a of the general statutes be amended to extend the crime of voyeurism to voyeurism committed pursuant to simple trespass, and that the general statutes be amended to establish a heightened penalty for voyeurism when committed against a child under sixteen years of age.
Statement of Purpose:
To extend the crime of voyeurism to voyeurism committed pursuant to trespass and establish a heightened penalty for voyeurism when committed against a child under sixteen years of age.
