AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE UNLIMITED TAKING OF GAME PURSUANT TO A HUNTING LICENSE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate restrictions on the number of game that can be taken pursuant to a hunting license except if the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection restricts such takings for wildlife management purposes.
Statement of Purpose:
To remove limits on the number of game that may be taken pursuant to a hunting license.
