AN ACT CONCERNING POLLING PLACES FOR PRIMARIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 9-438 of the general statutes be amended to allow municipalities to reduce the number of voting precincts during a primary.
