AN ACT CONCERNING THERMAL ENERGY TRANSPORTATION COMPANIES IN THE CITY OF BRIDGEPORT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2015) The Public Utilities Regulatory Authority shall initiate a docket to consider the development of thermal energy transportation company facilities in the city of Bridgeport. The authority shall report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, the findings of such docket to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to energy, on or before February 1, 2016.

This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
Section 1	July 1, 2015	New section

Statement of Purpose:

To consider the development of thermal energy transportation company facilities in the city of Bridgeport.
