AN ACT CONCERNING ENTERPRISE ZONE BENEFITS FOR BUSINESSES LOCATING IN VACANT BUILDINGS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That subsection (e) of section 32-56 of the general statutes be amended to include business facilities located in a building that was vacant after July 1, 1998.

Statement of Purpose:

To clarify that enterprise zone benefits are in effect for prospective businesses.
