AN ACT PROHIBITING PANHANDLING ON STATE HIGHWAY ENTRANCES AND EXITS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to prohibit persons from soliciting money on state highway entrances and exits.

Statement of Purpose:

To eliminate panhandling on state highway entrances and exits.
