AN ACT CONCERNING THE TAXATION OF CERTAIN TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY PROPERTY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require telecommunications companies to pay property taxes during the year such property is assessed.
Statement of Purpose:
To require telecommunications companies that are assessed by municipalities to pay their taxes in the same year in which the property is assessed.
