AN ACT PROHIBITING THE USE OF METHOPRENE AND RESMETHRIN UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the use of methoprene and resmethrin where such use would result in such chemical being introduced to a waterway that drains into Long Island Sound.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent methoprene and resmethrin from being introduced into the waters of Long Island Sound.
